Our company NīVRT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced “Customer Success Trainer” (CST) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training across multiple customers while maintaining and sustaining relationships with their Customer Success, Marketing & Sales leaders, ensuring their satisfaction with BUILDSUCCESS. service offering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training delivery work in Customer Success, Marketing or Sales functions and teaching trainees (viz. Customer Success Managers) on how to provide exceptional customer experience.
